A short video clip
This video clip was recorded by Michael Csanyi-Wills at the concert on
11th July 2010 entitled "Blue Remembered Hills". The performers are
Mark Wilson (violin 1), David Chadwick (violin 2), Nina Kopparhed (viola)
and Nunziatina Del Vecchio (cello). The music played is, first, an
extract from Elgar's string quartet, opus 83, and second, an extract from
Michael Csanyi-Wills' own setting of part of A E Housman's poem
"A Shropshire Lad". The tenor soloist is Gordon Wilson.
The scenes are the exterior and interior of Balquhidder Parish Church,
and views of Balquhidder Glen.
